Spawn and delete fireballs using new keybinds

+ Follow UE4 example for spawning and destroying actors

+ This version uses hybrid C++ and Blueprints instead of doing one or the other
+ Functions to spawn and delete fireballs exposed by UFUNCTION() prefix
